How long does shipping take?
If payment is received before noon Pacific Standard Time, your order will typically be shipped out on the same day, with an estimated transit time of 1 to 3 business days. Orders received or paid for after the noon cut-off (Pacific Standard Time) will ship within 1 business day, with an estimated transit time of 1 to 3 business days. For rural and remote locations, please add 1 to 3 business days. Please note, while we accept online orders 365 days a year GIO’s shipments are only dispatched Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping for $25 plus applicable taxes to any valid mailing address in Canada. For purchases over $200, shipping is absolutely free Canada-wide – simply select the “free shipping” option on the checkout page.
Will I receive tracking information for my package?
Yes, you will automatically receive shipping information in a separate email. Our shipping system will update you at each stage of the order process. First, we will confirm by email when your order is paid successfully. Then, we will send an email to notify when your item departs our shipping facility. After your item ships, we will send your tracking number by email within 24 hours.
How will the order be packaged? Will the parcel draw attention?
To ensure your privacy, all shipments are discreetly-packaged and vacuum-sealed with a return address from a non-identifiable company.
How do I pay for my order?
At this time all online orders must be paid by Interac E-mail Money Transfer. Once you have completed the online checkout, a confirmation will be displayed with the e-mail address to send the funds to. Instructions will also be emailed to you along with an order confirmation. Please ensure you update your security question with each order. To ensure the best service quality, only orders that have been paid will have stock reserved for them. Orders will be processed upon payment; orders unpaid for 24 hours or more are subject to cancellation.
What if my package doesn’t arrive?
We guarantee all of our deliveries. If something happens to your order in transit, we will replace it. Please note, if the mailing address provided is not accurate or valid then GIO cannot be held liable for lost or improperly delivered packages. If an incorrect mailing addresses is provided by the customer and a package is returned, this will incur a $25 re-shipping fee to the corrected mailing address.
